Subscription Service

Our subscription service provides you with access to our product or service for a specified period of time. The subscription will automatically renew for successive terms until you cancel it.

Payment

By subscribing to our service, you authorize us to automatically charge your credit or debit card on file for the subscription fee on a recurring basis, as well as for any qualified leads and booked appointments made through our service as and when applicable. You agree to keep your payment information up-to-date, and to pay all fees incurred in connection with your subscription.

Pay Per Lead Services

We also offer pay per lead services that allow you to purchase leads for your business. We will use our best efforts to deliver the purchased leads within two weeks of the order being placed. Refunds for pay per lead services will only be available for leads that have not been delivered within two weeks of the order being placed. No refunds will be available for leads that have been delivered.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team at support@maverickmethods.agency. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period, and your subscription will not be renewed. You will be responsible for paying any fees for appointments booked or pay per lead services ordered before the cancellation takes effect.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid. If you cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing period, you will not be charged for the next period. We also do not provide refunds for any fees paid for appointments already booked. Refunds for pay per lead services will only be available for leads that have not been delivered within two weeks of the order being placed.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may change or discontinue our subscription service at any time without notice. We may also modify these terms and conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.

Intellectual Property

Our products or services, including all content and materials provided, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any of our content or materials without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the subscription service or its content or materials. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claims arising out of or related to the subscription service or these terms and conditions is limited to the amount of fees paid by you for the subscription. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

By subscribing to our Services or ordering leads, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
